The RoboCup2011 Istanbul rules will be used and possible changes will be posted here soon.

Qualification Materials:

Teams who are interested in participating in SPL must submit the following required materials till specified deadline for qualification:

A) Team Description Paper 
Each team must submit a technical report about the current technical status of their team in maximum of 12 pages and in PDF format. This paper must comply with the league's TDP standards stated in the SPL official website.
All qualified teams for RoboCup 2011 SPL competitions can also send their submitted RoboCup TDPs.

B) Video
Each team must also provide a video that best demonstrates their robots' or team's capabilities with the following specifications:

- The minimum video length shall be 2 minutes.
- The film can [and better] be a part of standard SPL game.
- The video must at least contains:
1) The basic robot abilities such as path planning and obstacle avoidance
2) Cooperation between two or more robots on a field

- Videos must be uploaded to an external server (like team's web server or online file sharing websites). The link to access the file must be emailed to StandardPlatform {at} iranopen {dot} ir. Please do not send videos as email attachment.
